Proposal Session Preference
Authors should choose the type of session that best fits their work. Effort will be made to grant the first choice for each submitting author. Your session format will be indicated in the acceptance email.
1. Paper Presentations (for Fully Developed Papers): Using a panel format, these presentations describe research that addresses a clear and important research question with thorough analysis of high-quality data. Audience feedback might help put the finishing touches on the project as the researcher prepares it for publication or discuss implications of the findings.
2. Roundtable Presentations (for Research Papers in Progress): Using a roundtable format, these presentations describe research that is not yet ready for publication. Presenters may share an original dataset, a comprehensive literature review focused on a specific question, or early results and analysis from a developing study. Audience feedback should make suggestions for moving the project forward.
3. Poster Session: If you would prefer to present your research without a paper, consider participating in our poster session. Posters could include projects at any stage of development.
